Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® 1 visit freeFrom $15 per visit with Ten Block of Classes pass

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy.

Body Back® Summer Saturdays From $19 per visit with Body Back® Summer Saturdays - 8 weeks passPurchase required to enroll

Body Back® Summer Saturdays offers the high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that you have come to love. We will start this mini Body Back® session by setting some personal fitness goals and offer accountability with an online support group. Get ready for weekly fitness challenges and lots of fun. Take an hour every Saturday morning to care of yourself this summer.

We are celebrating 3 years of FIT4MOM friendships and we need you to celebrate with us.

FIT4MOM is the one of the largest growing mom fitness programs with over 200 locations across the US. Our mission is to empower moms in fitness and motherhood by providing a fun, judgement free environment where you can work out with your baby! Our classes are open to all moms. Body Back® is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout. Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. The program includes new meal plans, online at-home works and support via our social network.
