Body Back is an 8 week session with Monday & Thursday evening workouts.

Body Back® is a results-based high intensity workout designed specifically for moms. Our Body Back sessions include 16 Body Back classes (2x/week for 8-weeks), personal online support group for the enrolled moms, meal planning, food journals, before & after assessments, online at-home workout videos and more! Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.

Stroller Strides® 1 visit freeFrom $15 per visit with Ten Block of Classes pass

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® 1 visit freeFrom $15 per visit with Ten Block of Classes pass

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

Fit4Baby® Prenatal Purchase required to enroll

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. The program includes a shopping lists, new meal plans, online at-home works and support via our social network.

Eight-Week Program Includes:

  • Two workouts per week in a small group format
  • Meal plan and virtual food journals monitored by a Registered Dietitian
  • Before and after fitness assessments, measurements and photos
  • Online coaching and support
  • A weekly workout to do at home
  • Weekly challenges
